The event will help the students to solve their problems regarding English language and will be profitable for them. To attract the students, the organizers are offering delicious foods of free cost and useful materials regarding the learning, which is of free as well. Richards and Rodgers (2014) suggested that innovative ideas need to be implemented so that the international students as well as the local students get attracted. The main aspect of the event is to make the international students aware about the culture of the Australian society. As a result, they ne ed to develop their skills on English. In the first, step, the audience needs to be determined and the set of timeline is also necessary for the implementation. It is necessary to ensure the advertising strategies within budget. For this purpose, social media like face book and instagram, posters and handbills are necessary to promote the event for all the local and international students. The promotion system needs to be attractive so that the students get attracted and join the event. To get larger audience or participants, it is necessary to engage larger scale of practices so that the message can be sent to the larger number of audience. In such context, Dearden (2014) opined that the event needs to include the study plan and other essential things that that can help the students. From the event, the international students will be able to find out their skills and efficiency on English language. Kuteeva and Airey (2014) suggested that the international students need to practice the four core skills including reading, listening, speaking and writing. In the event, the students will be able to know various skills to improve the English language skills. The event will influence the students to make small groups to practice the skills. Bailey (2014) suggested that the students can get an idea to make a plan for the individualized study such as reading, listening audiotapes, videos and use the computerized teaching modules. The event will help the students to gain self- motivation and self- confidence. In such context, Richards and Rodgers (2014) mentioned that the organizer of the flyer can ask the local shops to post their flyer poster on the door gate or windows. Another way to promote the flyer is direct mail or posts the posters on the street walls to attract the students. They can use the social media as the medium of promotion. The team of the event organization needs to be more creative. They can add this event to the university calendar and promote it via the press release or newspaper.
